Bottle from a family cellar. Kept in a semi-buried cellar old house with constant temperature and little light. The Fourrier estate has magnificent plots in Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru and in the best 1er Cru of Gevrey. The wines of the Fourrier estate all reach an excellent level and they are often characterized by a great aromatic purity. The juices are rich but elegant, with silky tannins and an exceptional length
