Le Coq – Tome I is an Extra Brut cuvée, blended from 55% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier, and 22% Chardonnay, harvested in 2022 from the Premier Cru villages of Écueil and Sacy. Disgorged in November 2024, it shows a delicate dosage of 3 g/L, favoring a fresh and precise style. Produced in small quantities, this cuvée amounts to only about 4,620 bottles.
