Seller description
The age of the vines making up the Vignes de l'Hospice cuvée ranges from 20 to 80 years. After alcoholic fermentation at up to 33°C, this Saint Joseph rests in new barrels for 30 months. It has a dark red color, with elegant black fruit aromas on the nose. The influence of ageing is evident, but remains discreet.
