VINEYARDS This wine is made exclusively with grapes from the Méal hillside. This hillside is made up of high terraces of rolled pebbles and clay. This Hermitage is made from old vines aged around 50 years. Organic and Biodynamic VINIFICATION AND AGEING Hand-picked, 100% de-stemmed grapes are vinified in a small cement vat. High-temperature maceration extracts the grapes' full potential, producing the supple, silky tannins needed for long-term cellaring. Only free-run wine is used for this plot-based selection.
