Domaine Ramonet – Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet – 2021 Legendary domaine from Chassagne-Montrachet, the absolute benchmark for great white Burgundies and extremely hard to find. Champ Canet is a Premier Cru at the top of Puligny, bordering Meursault, renowned for its finesse and minerality. 100% Chardonnay. The 2021 vintage, marked by frost and very low yields, produced classic, fresh wines of great precision. Nose of lemon, white flowers, white peach, fresh hazelnut, and chalky notes. Elegant and pure on the palate, with vibrant acidity, a long and saline finish. Provenance: acquired from a cellar purchase in 2024, kept since then in an underground cellar at 15°C.
