Les Chevalières is a renowned plot in the village, on calcareous soils, above the town center. 100 % Chardonnay. The 2018 vintage, a sunny year, produced a generous and rich wine, balanced by a fine freshness. Nose of pear, ripe citrus, toasted hazelnut, fresh butter, and gunflint notes. Generous and structured mouthfeel, beautiful minerality, long and salty finish. Provenance: acquired from a cellar purchase in 2022, stored since in an underground cellar at 15 °C.
