Seller description

A very rare cognac that is Estate-bottled in 2005 with the spirits discovered the same year dating back to 1802!! The Lhéraud Domaine has officially confirmed that these spirits were hidden during the Napoleonian war of 1812 and then, our days, found intact in a barrel during estate' renovation works! The unique case when you got a cognac that never left the cellar for morу than 200 years offering a strongest provenance proof than ever. Authentic certificate comes along with the bottle in gift box. Offering great investment opportunity since a similar bottle (4 times bigger the volume) was sold at GBP 220,000 last year in London and the regular bottle would be valued at  around E60000! http://www.decanter.com/wine-news/most-expensive-cognac-sells-220000-pounds-334290/ The bottle was purchased with an official distributor of Domaine Lhéraud in 2007 and is carefully stored in a private cellar.
