Seller description
Domaine Cécile Tremblay is located in Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, and has prestigious plots that are spread over different soils, from Nuits Saint-Georges to the great wines Echezeaux and Chapelle Chambertin. Cécile Tremblay is the grand-niece of the famous Burgundian winemaker Henri Jayer. It was in 2002 that Cécile Tremblay took over the vineyards on her own and it was on January 1, 2003 that she truly created the estate that today bears her name from four hectares of vines. The domain has since grown. The whole estate is grown in organic and mechanically plowed but also by a horse.
