This magnificent bottle of Dom Ruinart 1998 Rosé accompanied by its box is in perfect condition and was wonderfully kept in a cellar at a temperature of 12 degrees, with a humidity level of up to 70% and sheltered from light, Odors and vibrations. This elixir is currently in its perfect tasting range and can therefore be dice now consumed or still aged in the cellar to make it an object of collection or tasting it later. The tasting note of Bernard Burtschy: (4.5 / 5 Tasted in 2012) Bernard Burtschy tasting: The 85% Chardonnay of better origin were supplemented with 15% Pinot Noir vinified red (Sillery, Verzenay). The result is a rosé out of time, very open with beautiful notes of roses, mouth expressing a superb chardonnay spurred by an agrarian pinot noir.
