According to James Suckling, "the final mixture in demi-muid brings complexity for the aromas of cherry, liquorice, iodine and moist stones with a subtle and spicy scent. The mouth offers supple, fresh and pure fruits, and very defined tannins. This gives a very nice balance to this wine which is now in its peak and still for 5-8 years. Kept in an air-conditioned cellar at 14°C and filmed label.
