During this extended oxidative maturation, a natural yeast veil known as voile forms on the wine’s surface, protecting it and simultaneously transforming it. Tony Bornard, son of the renowned natural winemaker Philippe Bornard, continues his family's legacy with a strong commitment to minimal intervention and terroir expression. This 2012 vintage is a masterwork of natural winemaking—fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered, unfined, and untouched by additives.
