Seller description
Wine has been always stored in the underground wine cellar, below ground level, ensuring a steady temperature and humidity. The fill level of the wine bottles is excellent, 2+ cm Grape Syrah THE WINE WILL BE ALWAYS SHIPPED IN A WOODEN BOX About the wine A Red wine from Northern Rhône, Rhone Valley, France. Made from Shiraz/Syrah Hermitage made by Bernard Faurie for his cousin Pierre’s Hermitage holdings. Plastic capsule. Crazy good wine. Warm baking spice, clean red berries, sweet earth waifs out of the glass. Full soft berries berries on the attack with discreet tannins giving it some body. Pepper and baked meat work with the acid for an added savory component at the end. Very complete classic hermitage Pierre was the cousin of Bernard and owned some Hermitage. Bernard took those grapes and the grapes from another relative Jean Bouzige and made a Hermitage from 83-85. After 85, he took those grapes and bulked them out to negotiants.
