Purchase wine shop, careful conservation in an electric cellar. Confidential micro cuvée-Vinification guided by Nady Foucault (Clos Rougeard) . The grapes are harvested by hand then pressed before being sung by gravity in Burgundian casks (of 2 wines) for fermentation and then aging for about ten months.
