The dress is of impressive intensity. The complex nose is dominated by a fresh fruit. The attack, of incredible density, continues on a structure with great depth. The whole is carried by a freshness that makes the finish very tasty. This wine has a fortifying energy. Vinifications last an average of four weeks, but vary depending on the grape variety, the plot of origin and the age of the grapes. The wine is then sold directly in barrels, for an aging that lasts sixteen to twenty months depending on the vintage. The number of new barrels does not exceed two-thirds.
