Seller description
Grape variety(s): 100% Syrah. Harvest: Manual harvest at maturity. Sol: This wine is made exclusively with grapes from the Méal hillside. This hillside consists of high terraces of rolled pebbles and clays. It is a Hermitage of old vines about fifty years old. Vinification: The harvest, 100% grated, is vinified in a small cement tank. Maceration, at high temperature, allows an extraction of the potential of the grapes, to obtain flexible and silky tannins necessary for very long-term storage. Only drop wine is used for this parcel selection. Aging: 100% in barrels (new barrels and barrels of one to two wines) for 16 to 18 months. Alcohol degree: 14.5
