Magnum purchased and stored at Cavissima. 0.50 ha on the Côte Brune of Côte-Rôtie in the Côte-Rozier area. These are old (70-year-old) Syrah vines called Serines. Yield: 30hl/ha VINIFICATION AND AGING Hand-harvested, sorted in the plot and sorted at the winery entrance. 50% whole harvest. Cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Native yeasts. 18 months in barrels, 50% of which were new oak during the first year of aging. Parker score: 98/100.
