Box The cuvée Louise 2004 Pommery is dosed very lightly, 5g/ liter, with a dosage liqueur composed of wines from the Grand Cru d'Avize. This champagne is presented under a beautiful pale gold robe, with green reflections. Its bubble is very fine. On the nose it is a rich, generous, silky cuvée, which offers nice notes of biscuits, then evolves to a more spicy touch, but also fresh fruits with white flesh. On the palate, we find the aromatic notes discovered in the nose, notes highlighted by a beautiful freshness, and prolonged by a long, pure and elegant finish. Purchase trade, conservation cellar wine, very good condition.
