Surrounded by the biggest names in Saint-Julien, Jean-François Fillastre strives to make wine the old-fashioned way, naturally, using neither weedkillers nor pesticides. Production remains tiny, only 6,000 bottles per year, but it is a rare gem to taste as an alternative to the classic Saint-Julien wines. This wine from the 1959 vintage was vinified by his father, this bottle is impossible to find.
