Bottle purchased at a wine fair in 2017 and kept since then in my electric wine cellar. Excellent fill level, labels in perfect condition. Located on the heights of the commune of Saint-Pargoire in the Hérault region, the Syrah plots now produce one of the finest wines of the Languedoc. These Syrah vines are among the oldest in the Languedoc, part of the family’s heritage. The first bottle from the Clos was produced in 1997.
