Deutz makes his brut rosé with Pinot noir and a minimal proportion of Chardonnay. In addition, a small contribution of reserve wine is added to the coupage, from old vineyards, which brings complexity to the whole. A fresh wine, with nuances of red fruits on the nose and a fine and balanced step through the mouth.. James Suckling: Lots of crushed strawberry with cherry and some stone and mineral undertones. Peaches, too. Fuller style of rosé with lots of fruit and creaminess at the end. Vinous finish. Pure fruit.
