This Meursault village is not just a simple white wine, it is produced by the emblematic Domaine Roulot, a benchmark for Burgundy chardonnays. The vines have been cultivated organically since 1998 and biodynamically since the 2000s like all of the estate's vines. When tasting, the nose is complex and concentrated. This white wine reveals aromas of white flowers and white fruits. On the palate, we find the same aromatic bouquet, but also a superb minerality, all in tension with great languor. This Meursault has a great aging capacity.
