This precious wooden box was designed by Moon Import in a limited edition to give a unique experience! It is a vertical of three bottles of vintage Egly-Ouriet Champagne in the vintages: 2007, 2008, 2009. Composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from vineyards located solely on the land of Ambonnay. Entirely vinified in wood and naturally ferments only with indigenous yeasts. The wine clarifies slowly, as it did 50 years ago, and the bottling takes place without filtering or sizing. Dosage 2 g / l. Limited series of 280 cassettes.
