Vinification guided by Nady Foucault (Clos Rougeard) The cuvée Libere from Domaine des Closiers is produced from a small plot of Chardonnay (30 ares). The grapes are harvested by hand then pressed before being sung by gravity in Burgundian casks (of 2 wines) for fermentation and then aging for about ten months.
