In the vineyards, the Jacques Sélosse estate promotes the development of roots so that they draw in depth the chalky and mineral notes of their terroir. He also chooses to dose his wine lightly which, on tasting, seduces with the finesse and delicacy of the bubbles and its aromas. Prolonged aging gives it additional complexity as well as beautiful slightly oxidative notes. You can of course keep it for a few years in the cellar.
