Renaud Bryuyère and Adeline Houillon take care of only 4.5 hectares of low-yielding vines, so their production is rather small. In the mid-2000’s Renaud worked for local natural wine guru Pierre Overnoy. Renaud produces a beautiful, light, ethereal Ploussard. Stored in a climatized cellar.
