Seller description
Rare bottle, taken from a case of 6 bottles opened on 24/07/2026. Stored in a conservation cellar www.leconservatoire.fr Rare bottle of Echezeaux Grand Cru 1981 signed by Jacqueline Jayer, cousin of Henri Jayer, from the legendary lineage of the Côte de Nuits. Wines from this family are now highly sought after due to their direct link with the legacy of Henri Jayer, a legendary figure from Vosne-Romanée. Until 1981, Jacqueline Jayer vinified alongside her cousin Henri Jayer, then she married Henri Grivot and, from 1982 onwards, vinified with Henri Grivot. This is therefore the last vintage made within the Jayer family.
