- French wineyard
Located on the "Rosacker" in Hunawihr, the "Clos Sainte Hune" has been owned by the Trimbach family for 200 years and is spread over 1.67 hectares. Aged 50, the vineyard faces south, southeast and benefits from a limestone dominant ground giving the Riesling all its specificality: a high fruit concentration, with minerality on the finish. Riesling "Clos Sainte Hune" must age seven to ten years to reach its peak. Thus, the field takes care to retain them for five years before commercialisation. 8 000 bottles are produced each year, making it a Riesling wine coveted by collectors.
